Alejandra Baker holds a Master of Science in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, with specialization in Knowledge Management, and a BS in international business from the ITESM, in Mexico.

Alejandra is a Certified Facilitator in the Dale Carnegie Program to develop human relations, communications, and leadership skills. With over 10 years of experience facilitating trainings to executives of multinational corporations, non-profit organizations and home school students, both in person and in a virtual platform Alejandra is passionate about bringing out the best in people.

She was nominated “Woman of the Year” of the Diocese of Orange for volunteerism activity in 2013. She has a heart for teaching values to the youth and has been invited annually for 6 years now as a guest speaker to the 7th graders of St. Edward the Confessor Parish School.

Alejandra lives in California with her husband Steve and children. She is excited to bring the Internationally known Dale Carnegie program to the HSLDA families.
