Additionally, Megan has participated in workshops hosted by College Board for both AP European History and AP World History Modern to gain a richer understanding of how the courses are organized, and how to teach the historical thinking skills and content more effectively to students.

Megan lives in West Virginia with her husband and their three daughters. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, hiking, playing guitar, baking, and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs, Bella and Koda.

Megan has been teaching with the Academy since 2015.
