Sara Hall
Sara Lagos-Hall has a bachelor of science degree in interdisciplinary studies from Liberty University with concentrations in counseling, religion, and English. She has a minor in writing and 15 graduate credits in rhetoric and composition.
Sara was born in Honduras and moved to the United States when she was entering middle school. Spanish is her native language and primary mode of communication in Miami, where she lived for about ten years among people from all over Latin America.
Sara has been a home educator for more than two decades. Her children have already graduated college and are currently in grad school. For the last twenty years, she has taught Spanish and English grammar, literature, and writing in various settings—church, private school, and homeschool co-op classes. She is pursuing her master’s in Biblical Counseling and Theology at Reformed Theological Seminary.
Sara looks forward to sharing her love for language and writing with her students. She also desires to inspire her students to become bilingual because this can help fulfill the Great Commission: “to go to all the nations and make disciples, to baptize and teach them.”
Sara has been teaching with the Academy since 2017.
