How much homework is in Biology?

We estimate that the course workload will take 7–10 hours per week. During a typical week, students will complete the following:

  • 60–90 minutes of live class instruction
  • Two to four pre-recorded lectures or lab experiments, 20–30 minutes each
  • Complete a unit test, quiz, or vocabulary exercise
  • Read one chapter of the textbook

Students complete a test roughly every two weeks and various homework assignments.
